Interiors
Each townhouse provides the ideal balance between design and liveability. A separate study on the ground floor makes for an ideal retreat from the main living space and is a genuine home-office. On the first level, all bedrooms feature natural light and ventilation. The upper level sits within the River Red Gum canopy and features open-plan living and a north-facing entertaining deck.
Architecture
Designed by Fieldwork Architects, the St Georges Grove townhouses draw upon the proximity to Royal Park in it’s design and liveability. The site’s key natural asset, the neighbouring mature river red gum trees, have been echoed through the architecture both in the timber facade and the focus on sustainable design.
